The Northeast PA Manufacturers & Employers Association (NEPA MAEA) proudly welcomes Eileen Kuperavage as the new Director of Employer Engagement, effective March 2024. With over 25 years of experience in grantmaking, fundraising, and workforce development across the nonprofit sector and higher education, Eileen brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Prior to joining MAEA, Eileen served as a Consultant since August 2023, where she contributed significantly to the organization’s initiatives. Her previous roles include Assistant Director of Employer Relations at Penn State University, Director of Development at Penn State Schuylkill, Executive Director at Schuylkill Area Community Foundation, and Director of Workforce Development at Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce.

Throughout her career, Eileen has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities, motivating teams to achieve goals and objectives collaboratively. She is known for her organizational skills and effective management style, coupled with excellent communication and public speaking abilities.

In her new role as Director of Employer Engagement at MAEA, Eileen will continue to build on her track record of fostering strong partnerships between businesses, educational providers, economic development entities, public-sector leadership, and workforce development agencies. Her energetic leadership and strategic vision will be instrumental in driving MAEA’s mission forward.
