Nominees are evaluated on their dedication to the human resources profession, notable professional accomplishments, impact on colleagues and stakeholders, contributions to the community, and the overall success of their company.

The 2024 Human Resource Professional of the Year Award will be given to the awardee at the Annual Installation of Officers Luncheon on March 11, 2025.

Eligibility: Any individual in the HR profession within the MAEA membership.

Criteria: Nominee must demonstrate one or more of the following criteria.

Made notable contributions to advancing the field of human resources as a career profession.
Demonstrated overall excellence throughout their career in human resources.
Exhibited distinguished leadership within the company.
Designed and/or implemented significant programs or initiatives that have positively impacted the company.
