Training Overview

Nothing positions your business for success better than a well-trained workforce. Offering basic and continuing education courses to employees, human resources skills seminars to managers and a host of specialized courses geared just to your industry means your business will be ahead of the rest in preparing employees to meet the challenges of the future.

The Manufacturers and Employers Association has the ability to pool more than 320 member companies representing over 20,000 employees. Pooling our member companies enables us to offer our training programs at a discounted price.

Most of all, our training programs are effective. Over the last five years, approximately 9,100 individuals have participated in the Manufacturers and Employers Association's training programs, and our clients keep coming back. Classes are offered publicly in Schuylkill and LuzerneCounties or at your facility.
