WEDnetPA Training Funding Information

Pennsylvania is using its resources to invest in its workers, making sure they have the skills needed to compete in the global economy. Pennsylvania offers qualified employers the opportunity to train new and existing employees with resources available through WEDnetPA. Over the last five years, more than 12,000 individuals have participated in MAEA training programs, with many returning for additional programs. Interactive training is available through instructors with industry experience and content expertise with focused applicability to your organization’s roles with classes offered publicly, on-site, and virtually via Zoom.

Customized On-Site Training

MAEA instructors are available to provide on-site training at your facility. Our instructors will assist you in designing training and development programs that meet your organization’s unique needs, including scheduling requirements.
The benefits include:

  • Your company’s unique needs are met – We get to know your organization and what specific goals you want to achieve in the training. Your associates receive information and skills to assist them in dealing with the real issues they face in their own day-to-day work environment.
  • Flexibility and Convenience – The course content, date, time, location and training platform will be established to meet your company’s needs. Courses can be scheduled for weekdays, weekends or evenings. They can also be held at your facility, at the MAEA office in Pottsville, or be conducted virtually via Zoom.
